- If you are not satisfied with our advisory service, you may request a refund within 7 days of paying the advisory service fee
- Refunds apply only to advisory service fees charged by Mobile Phones LTD
- To request a refund, contact us using the details in Section 14
What's NOT Covered
- Refunds do NOT apply to charges from third-party providers (device costs, contracts, installment plans, interest, delivery fees, etc.)
- This guarantee does NOT guarantee approval for any contract or credit agreement
- Refunds are NOT available after services have been fully completed or 7 days have passed
